OCAS was established in 1991 by Ontario’s public colleges to manage the college application process. Today, OCAS connects individuals at any stage of their learning journey to the diverse academic programs, credentials, and training opportunities available at Ontario’s 24 publicly funded colleges.

 Guided by core values of trust, integrity, inclusion, and collaboration, OCAS is committed to excellence in service, data stewardship, transparency, and reliability. Based in Guelph, Ontario, OCAS continues to adapt to the evolving needs of learners, colleges, high school guidance counsellors, and broader post-secondary partners.
